Our strategy includes listing your property on RentFast and RentBoard, the top two rental advertising platforms, ensuring maximum online exposure. Additionally, we place prominent lawn signs on your property to capture local interest. This combination of online and offline marketing efforts helps us reach a wide audience of potential tenants, increasing the likelihood of quickly finding the right fit for your property.
At Precise Property Management, we have a thorough tenant screening and qualification process to ensure we find the best tenants for your property. The tenant applies using the Single Key application to collect detailed information. Our screening process includes:
- Full Credit History: We review the applicant’s credit report to assess their financial responsibility and ability to pay rent on time.
- Rental History: We contact past landlords to verify the applicant’s rental history, including their payment reliability, property upkeep, and adherence to lease terms.
- Criminal Check: We perform a criminal background check to ensure the safety and security of your property and other tenants.
- Job History: We evaluate the applicant’s employment history and current job status to confirm their income stability and reliability.

We handle maintenance and repairs efficiently and promptly. Tenants can report maintenance issues through our online portal or by contacting us directly. We work with a network of reliable contractors to ensure that repairs are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner, keeping your property in top condition.

At Precise Property Management, our standard lease term is one year. This duration provides stability for both property owners and tenants, ensuring a consistent rental experience.
We make receiving rental income hassle-free. Rental payments are collected from tenants via the RentCafe portal and will be deposited directly into your bank account. You’ll also receive monthly rent reports on the 5th of each month.
We conduct bi-annual inspections of your property, both inside and out, to ensure it is well-maintained and to address any issues promptly. Additionally, we perform move-in and move-out inspections to document the property’s condition and ensure tenants are fulfilling their obligations.
